We are running this business supplying customers since 2009.
We operate from our home just outside Killarney in Co. Kerry, Ireland.
Returns
It is important to realise that the details requested to be engraved are permanent on the photo frame. Details are engraved (vapourised) out of the wood. They are carved in so to speak. Once done it cannot be changed. Therefore, we cannot accept returns.
Contact us immediately if you realise you want to change details on an order. If the frame has not been engraved, then of course yes, we will make the change you request.
Unfortunately, if the product is already made we will have to charge for the item.
Replacements
Yes, we can supply replacement glass if damaged in transit.
Payment methods
Payment is done via Stripe on our website and we accept most common credit/debit cards.
Shipping
We can ship to anywhere in the world.
Shipping charges are €6.00 to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, and €12.00 to any other countries. We offer FREE shipping for any orders of 3 frames or more.
Your item(s) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days from day on receipt of order before 12pm.
All items are manufactured and shipped from our workshop in Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
Yes, once your item has shipped with the courier we will email your tracking number and details of how to track your item.
If your item does not arrive in a timely manner, we will refund you the cost of the item less the cost of postage. Alternatively, we could send out another frame if you pay for courier charges.
Sizing
The frame is set up for a 5” x 7” photo. (130mm x 180mm). This is the most common size photo printed. The wood part of the frame is 10” x 8” (250mm x 200mm) and the thickness of our frames is 5/8” (16mm).
Materials
Frames are made from Obeche. This wood is light in colour and has a uniform grain pattern. It is a hardwood that had a characteristically beautiful smooth surface when finished. The Back Stand is made from Hardboard.
Cover glass is made from 2mm photo glass.
Mounting
Both! Our frames each have a back stand, but also come with 2 wall mounting fixtures attached to the back of the frame.
Other questions
Yes, it is possible to do a frame in a different language other than English. It is best if the customer contacts us directly by email with the text and we will do the rest.
Yes, this is possible to produce a PDF of the frame before it is engraved.
However, sending this to the customer and awaiting a confirmation on order may delay the delivery of the frame.
